Description: This Collection of Early, Middle & Late Flowering Compact Clematis Climbing Plants consists of:- 1 X Clematis 'Marjorie', 1 X Clematis 'Beauty of Worcester' and 1 X Clematis 'Black Tea'. The added bonus of this Collection is not only that you have beautiful climbing plants flowering from early Spring right through until late Autumn, this collection is also perfect for your favourite Patio Pots! 'Marjorie' is a profuse bloomer in late spring and early summer with semi-double salmon-pink flowers. As the plant itself matures the flowers deepen in colour to shades of orange and this hardy Clematis will not disappoint and will reward you year on year. The beautiful flowers of Clematis Montana 'Marjorie' are complimented with hardy bronze-tinted foliage which is more compact in habit than many of the others of this type, and so perfect for the smaller garden. Clematis Montana 'Marjorie' requires very little pruning except to direct growth. The second plant in this collection which is also perfect for garden or patio is, Clematis 'Beauty of Worcester', a superb cultivar with a moderate growth rate. In May-June, this climbing plant flowers first on the previous years growth with large double deep blue or semi-double deep blue flowers. Then Clematis 'Beauty of Worcester' gives you the added bonus of during August and September it flowers again - this time the flowers are single on the current years growth. The flowers are intense blue-violet, with reddish central bars and have the most gorgeous creamy-yellow stamens. This exquisite clematis deserves to be part of everyones garden because having been awarded the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit she is totally reliable and positively thrives in full sun! 'Black Tea' is the third Clematis in our New Collection and is an outstanding NEW INTRODUCTION breed for patio containers and colourful displays in smaller patio spaces. This climbing plant is compact and free flowering starting low down on the vine and only grows to 6 - 8 ft (2 - 2.5m) in height. Clematis 'Black Tea' also has a long flowering period as it flowers from May to October. Clematis 'Black Tea' will grow in any aspect and only needs a light pruning early spring. Has an outstanding colour combination of the deepest and richest purple-red flowers with a dark red bar and the anthers are reddish purple with whitish filaments.
