Snowdrops - 'Galanthus' - Beautiful Pure Snowy White with Delicate Flowers -*Commercial size bulbs NOT small pre-packs*
When beautiful Snowdrops, or Galanthus to give them their correct name, start to appear in late January it's time to start getting excited about the coming spring season. They are fully hardy and even have especially hardened tips to push through snow. Snowdrops like a moist soil with plenty of humus. They do not like hot, dry positions preferring part shade. They are good among shrubs.
Avoid planting single bulbs - they are much happier in company! Small groups are best. Every other year lift established clumps after flowering, split the clump in 2, replanting half back. Divide the remainder in 2 and you will have 2 new clumps to plant. If you don't divide congested clumps they will eventually fail to flower.
Hardy perennial bulbs will reward you year on year. THESE ARE BEST COMMERCIAL SIZE BULBS WHICH PROVIDE MULTI-BLOOMS FROM THE FIRST SEASON ONWARDS ***AVAILABLE FROM EARLY SEPTEMBER EACH YEAR***
